| Traderforce and BNP Paribas to Use Radianz
Extranet |
Traderforce has agreed to use Radianz's global financial
extranet, RadianzNet, for the Internet Protocol (IP) network connectivity
needed to connect financial institutions worldwide to its electronic
market data service. BNP Paribas, benefiting from its existing connection
to RadianzNet, will be the first institution of many to be linked
to Traderforce via RadianzNet.
Andre Kelekis, head of Market Data Projects for BNP Paribas Paris
Global Information Systems, commented, "We chose Traderforce
and Radianz to achieve our objectives of improving quality of service
and delivering state-of-the-art security and cost savings."
Jean-Michel Blanco, chairman and CEO of Traderforce said that the
primary reasons for Traderforce's selection of Radianz focused on
cost efficiency and time for delivery. "RadianzNet is a
global network already connected to most of the financial institutions
that want to use our service," Blanco said. Blanco continued,
"As such, it is far more efficient from the perspective of cost
and time to use this existing connectivity to reach our targeted customers
than buying and waiting for bandwidth from the carriers to be installed.
Time to market is essential for us."
For Radianz the relationship with Traderforce will result in the addition
of another important market data provider to its global financial
community. "In this case as in some others, the demand from Radianz's
customers for access to Traderforce was key in demonstrating to Traderforce
the value of joining Radianz's global financial community," said
Chris Church, Radianz's executive vice president and head of Global
Sales and Marketing. Church continued, "In addition, having Traderforce
on RadianzNet highlights Radianz's neutrality and strategy for all
financial institutions to use its network." About the
Companies

Protocol (IP)-based network for the global financial services industry.
The company uses its network to provide superior IP connectivity and

It is as powerful as locally installed software and flexible like
a website.
