New for 2008:
Buy Side Only Networking and Benchmarking Opportunities
In 2008 there is more than double the amount of time on the agenda for the buy side to come together in exclusive, closed-door Roundtables, ensuring they meet the right people and gain real-world perspective from their peers.
Even More Opportunities For Interactivity & Debate
We’ve increased the amount of Panel Discussions, Debates, Q&A and Interactive Voting sessions to ensure participants derive the most value from the conference topics, and can truly feel involved in the agenda.
Post-MiFID Focus Day – 22nd April
Our 22nd April Focus Day gives attendees the opportunity to discover optimal strategies for their trading desk in the new regulatory landscape, with an in-depth ‘post-mortem’ of the post-MiFID world.
Dark Pools Roundtables – 22nd April
Buy-side demand for our Trade Tech Dark Pools events has been so overwhelming that we are delighted to present an opportunity for buy side head traders to attend this closed-door Heads of Desk roundtable session at TradeTech 2008. These Roundtables will guide buy side traders through the opportunities lurking in dark pools, beyond potentially hazardous waters, home and dry to lots of liquidity, enabling them to: trade high volume without hitting open markets; maintain anonymity in the marketplace; and alleviate any information leakage.
Hedge Fund Focus
More hedge fund speakers than ever before, with their specific impact on the trading industry also discussed in detail, and examining the increasing trend of traditional buy side firms launching alternative products.
New Critical Topics Covered
With a focus on emerging and frontier markets, the trading of alternative asset classes, HR and development skills, market data needs and the very latest technology and liquidity solutions, TradeTech will provide participants with the information and insight on the key topics they need to know.
