Main Responsibilities:
• Be in charge of Second Level Technical Support for customers
• Be proactive for managing our real-time infrastructure (from the problem detection to the capacity planning)
• Be involved in managing the testing phase of theTraderforce products in cooperation with the R&D department as well as the preparation of the system delivery
• Be in charge of the Traderforce infrastructure covering 3 regions
Personal Qualities
• Be able to manage specific projects (timescales constraints)
• Good understanding of customer needs
• A good command of written and spoken English is necessary
• An international background would be beneficial
Experience & qualifications
• Bachelor + 5 years with systems and networking specializations
• At least 3 years experience of systems and network administration
• Good skills of windows (keystations and servers, SQL server, Exchange server) and Solaris/ Linux environments in terms of administration
• High skills of network security and IP routing (Cisco technology VLAN, Fast Ethernet, IP fiber optic network)
• Good knowledge of electronic trading sector (FIX protocol, FIX certification process, Order Management System)
• Good knowledge of financial markets (equities, exchanges, derivatives etc…)
