Summary of main responsibilities and activities |

| • New business Development – Order Routing and Market data |
| • Cold calling and prospecting actively in the (Europe Middle East and Africa) EMEA market |
| • Ensuring new business initiatives |
| • Ensuring new client objectives are met in EMEA |
| • Potentially taking ownership of a portion of the existing client base for Traderforce’s clients in EMEA |
| • Manage clients strategically - focusing resources on clients who will offer Traderforce the highest reward |
| • Create an account plan for strategic accounts |
| • Broaden contacts and build obligations and dependencies |

Personal Attributes |

• 5 years proven new business sales experience selling market data and order routing systems into APAC banks and dealing rooms |
• Knowledge of Order execution, EMS, OMS, technical analysis and market data systems |
• Knowledge of Securities, Futures, Forex and cash bond markets |
• Excellent telephone manner |
• Good standard of presentation |
• Will to succeed and the drive to achieve goals set |
• Strong client facing skills, tenacity, focus and resilience |
• A good level of empathy is required to understand the clients requirement fully |
