To strengthen its development in North America, Traderforce is looking for a “Sales Executive”:

Summary of main responsibilities and activities |
| |
| Develops new business to meet sales objectives in the US |
• Learns to demo Traderforce product range: market data, order routing and risk
management
|
| • Performs cold calling and prospects actively in the US market |
| • Manages clients/prospects strategically, focusing resources on clients who will offer Traderforce the highest reward |
| • Creates an account plan for strategic accounts |
| • Broadens contacts and builds obligations and dependencies |
| |
| Potentially takes ownership of a portion of the developed client base in the US |
| • Ensure target client retention figures are achieved |
| • Support up selling of new products into installed client base |
| |
| Support marketing initiatives |
| • Use Traderforce events to market our product and establish client rapport |
| • Provide feedback to product marketing on customer and product issues |
| |
| Personal Attributes |
| • 5 years proven new business sales experience selling to Wealth Managers and Asset Managers |
• Good understanding of client business and requirements
Knowledge of EMS, OMS, Risk, Technical Analysis and Market Data Systems
Knowledge of Order Execution, Securities, Futures, Forex and Cash Bond Markets |
• Will to succeed and the drive to achieve goals set

• Strong client facing skills
Excellent telephone manner, good standard of presentation
A good level of empathy is required to understand the clients requirement fully

| For this particular position, Traderforce is looking for a specific focus on selling Market Data systems to Private Banks, which will allow to arbitrate between the above personal attributes. |
